Dennis Harris, MD

Board-Certified Anesthesiologist (ABA) and has subspecialty certification in Pain Management from the ABA and the ABPM.

Dr. Harris is a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist (ABA) and has subspecialty certification in Pain Management from the ABA and the ABPM.

Dr. Harris grew up in East Tennessee and went to the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He then attended the Quillen College of Medicine where he received his MD degree and then he completed his Anesthesiology residency at the University of Florida.

He returned to Knoxville and has been a pioneer in the field of Pain Management and Interventional Pain Medicine for the last 30 years. He was among the first Physicians in Tennessee when he received certification from both societies (ABA and ABPM) in 1995.

Dr. Harris has been among the first in our region to offer many new procedures and services over the last three decades and continues to add the most current strategies and procedures available. In February of 2020 Dr. Harris received his CIPS certification (Certified Interventional Pain Sonologist). This is a very exclusive certification and has only been granted to 20 physicians in the U.S. at this time. This signifies advanced certification in ultrasound evaluations and ultrasound guided procedures for pain related problems. He and the staff at Harris Clinic are dedicated to our mission which is to provide compassionate, advanced and appropriate care for our patients.

Jennifer Jenkins, FNP-BC

Jennifer Jenkins is a licensed board-certified family nurse practitioner with 5+ years of experience as an advanced practice nurse in the interventional spine setting as well as 6+ years prior as a registered nurse.

She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing at Lincoln Memorial University, Bachelor of Science in Nursing at East Tennessee State University and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Tech University.

Originally from the Knoxville area, Jennifer holds a Tennessee Board of Nursing license as an Advanced Practice Nurse and Registered Nurse and is AANP Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Cetessa Mack is a Family Nurse Practitioner Certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Cetessa is a third-generation nurse who spent 10 years as a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse and five years as an FNP-BC where she has specialized in helping people with disabilities and chronic pain attain optimal function, health, and adapt to an altered lifestyle.

Cetessa earned her graduate degree from Tennessee State University, her undergraduate degree from East Tennessee State University and her Associate's degree from Walters State Community College.

Dana Moreland joined the team in 2023. She loves being a Nurse Practitioner and helping patients improve their quality life and decrease pain from their daily lives. She and her husband live on Cherokee lake and enjoy all that East Tennessee has to offer.

Ashley Overbay is a licensed board-certified family nurse practitioner with 7+ years of experience as an advanced practice nurse in the interventional spine setting as well as 6+ years prior as a registered nurse.

She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Masters of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University.Originally from the Morristown area, Ashley holds a Tennessee Board of Nursing license as an Advanced Practice Nurse and Registered Nurse and is AANP Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Donna Welch is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner that brings her expertise and compassionate care to her patients. She holds a Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification and completed her medical education at Lincoln Memorial University.​ Donna and her family reside in Morristown, where they are actively involved in the local sports community. Her commitment to both her profession and her community highlights her dedication to improving the health and well-being of those around her.

Staci Bubp, FNP-BC

Staci Bubp is a certified family nurse practitioner who began working as a registered nurse in recovery and cared for patients recovering from EGDs and colonoscopies. When she’s not caring for patients, Staci enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching the Vols, playing co-ed softball, fishing, snowboarding, riding her dirt bike, and hanging with her poodle, Moose. “I truly care about my patients’ concerns and will take the time to listen and work with them to develop a treatment plan specific to their unique needs. I pride myself in having a positive and joyful attitude with lots of patience.”
