Dr. Harris is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist with over 30 years of experience, dedicated to providing advanced, compassionate care. He has been board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA) since 1988 and has held Pain Management certifications from both the ABA and the American Board of Pain Medicine (ABPM) since 1994. He also earned the Certified Interventional Pain Sonologist (CIPS) credential in 2020.
Dr. Harris completed his medical degree at the Quillen College of Medicine and his anesthesiology residency at the University of Florida in 1986. A pioneer in Pain Management and Interventional Pain Medicine in Tennessee, he was among the first physicians in the state to achieve dual certification in Pain Management and the first to obtain CIPS certification.
Throughout his career, Dr. Harris has introduced numerous innovative procedures and services and continually updates his practice with the latest evidence-based strategies in pain management.

Jennifer Jenkins is a licensed board-certified family nurse practitioner with 12+ years of experience as an advanced practice nurse in the interventional spine setting as well as 6+ years prior as a registered nurse.
She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing at Lincoln Memorial University, Bachelor of Science in Nursing at East Tennessee State University and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Tech University.
Originally from the Knoxville area, Jennifer holds a Tennessee Board of Nursing license as an Advanced Practice Nurse and Registered Nurse and is AANP Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Cetessa Mack is a Family Nurse Practitioner Certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Cetessa is a third-generation nurse who spent 11+ years as a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse and five years as an FNP-BC where she has specialized in helping people with disabilities and chronic pain attain optimal function, health, and adapt to an altered lifestyle.
Cetessa earned her graduate degree from Tennessee State University, her undergraduate degree from East Tennessee State University and her Associate's degree from Walters State Community College.

Dana Moreland earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of South Alabama and her Master of Science in Nursing from King University in Bristol, TN. Dana holds a Tennessee Board of Nursing license as an Advanced Practice Nurse and a Registered Nurse and is AANP Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Dana and her husband made Tennessee their home in 2014 on Cherokee Lake. She enjoys spoiling her dogs, working outside and baking.

Ashley Overbay is a licensed board-certified family nurse practitioner with 12+ years of experience as an advanced practice nurse in the interventional spine setting as well as 6+ years prior as a registered nurse.
She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Masters of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University.
Originally from the Morristown area, Ashley holds a Tennessee Board of Nursing license as an Advanced Practice Nurse and Registered Nurse and is AANP Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Donna Welch is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner that brings her expertise and compassionate care to her patients. She holds a Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification and completed her medical education at Lincoln Memorial University. Donna and her family reside in Morristown, where they are actively involved in the local sports community. Her commitment to both her profession and her community highlights her dedication to improving the health and well-being of those around her.

Staci Bubp is a certified family nurse practitioner at Harris Clinic who specializes in pain management. She is dedicated to improving her patients’ quality of life through compassionate, patient-centered care. Staci takes pride in truly listening to her patients, understanding their unique experiences with pain, and working collaboratively to create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. When she’s not caring for patients, Staci enjoys playing golf, traveling, cheering on the Vols, and spending time with her poodle, Preacher.
